Slin/Humalog?

Hey guys,

What's your opinion on the use of Humalog (or any other type of insulin) for muscle gains?

Any personal experiance?

I don't plan on doing any time soon, it's a little too dangerous - it's just I'm curious because there seems to be a split opinion on it.

Some people say it's absolutely useless and will only give you fat, if anything. Other's call it the most "anabolic" substance ever and you can gain up to 5 lbs a week if you use it properly.

However, almost all of the research I've done and opinions I've read come from people who have actually never used it (so it's useless to me)

Personal experiances and opinions are really what I wanna hear

Well so far i'm up 13lbs in the last 2 weeks while running slin. it will bloat you up also and hold some water.
but fat will for sure follow if the diet sucks ass.
so far i'm liking it a lot. i have 2 weeks left for the sline then its a 4 week break till i run it again for 4 weeks. that will conclude the slin cycle.

How are you running it? PWO? What are you taking w/ it? How many IUs you @? You keeping your fat content low?

Are you taking any amino supps or hydrolyzed whey? I don't know why some people have great success and others have zero success. I was thinking of trying it for myself just out of curiosity, but i decided to wait for another cycle or 2.

I've used it once but by itself. It was a couple years before I ever did a real cycle. Took 8 iu post workout with 10g carbs per unit. I got results but am not sure if they were directly from the insulin. Could have been that I cleaned up my diet and was training harder.
