i was wondering if any of you guys have this problem. when i do deads, my first rep is always sloppy!!!!! my next rep and every other rep after that is picture perfect!!!!!!!! why is that. im having problems trying to correct this. any suggestions?????
try resetting for each rep. that way you have to focus on form. touch and go gets momentum in your favor. drop down a bit in weight and see if this helps.
