I pinned right glute last thursday and the first time I tried pinning I definitely hit either a nerve or a vein and had to pull out and had a bit of blood. Second attempt was smooth and flawless. However, yesterday I noticed a small bump on the lower right glute, close to where the glute and leg meet. it's not raised too much, not warm to the touch, and only painful if I sit awkwardly or directly apply pressure to the bump. Also, it is not red except for a red dot in the center of the bump.
Never had this kind of problem before and I find it odd that it's taken almost a week for the bump to appear. Thoughts?
