I'm new here. As I'll post in the intro section I feel I'm topping out in size and strength so that's why I'm here.

AAS to build muscle and compete

My GF Leanne will be taking AAS with the aim of building her muscles to compete at Middle Weight level. For now she is concentrating on reaching her natural Plateau; Clean diet / eating every 2.5 - 3 hrs, Heavy training and pushing on with intensity, cardio and supplements: Creatine, Glutamine, and Natural Testosterone Boosters until she Plateaus. This will ensure when she does take AAS; she will be getting the most out of them, and all of the above being the same with the exception of AAS replacing Natural Testosterone Boosters. She has a clear aim; competing in the long term.

Excellent. I firmly believe one should not take AAS unless they have plateaud.

What does she have to weight for middle-weight?

We are undecided at the moment what federation we will compete through; in England it's basically a choice of two (UKBFF and NABBA), if we choose the UKBFF Fed (this has the most scope because there is a pro card on offer) then Leanne will be competing over 55KG, NABBA is classed as a Physique class and pretty open, but she would follow her desired look here. She is 5 foot 3 inches, has a strong, curvy frame and has good genetics (from her Dads side), so she has a good base to build muscle on.
