This happens to me everytime I switch from dumbell to barbell or vice versa, the next day my chest is soar but so are my lats. And it only happens the workout I switch it up. Anyone else get this?
I use my lats a lot when I bench. Any good powerlifter does. As for why it only happens when you switch from DBs to BB or vice versa, it's probably just the fact that you have to get used to stabilizing the weight differently.
