I will be starting a clean bulking diet soon the basis of the diet is from the free post 3J gave. But my question is how much sodium is too much and what number should I be looking at not to go over at the end of the day for a healthy adult age 22.

The number given should also consider anabolic steroid use.
 
Every gram of salt you eat your body stores three grams of water... So if you're trying to get really lean then you should avoid pretty much any salt you can. Of course this applies mainly to when you're alreaady pretty lean cuz if you still have fat covering your abs then you removing some of the water over em won't make em much more visible.
 
It's surprising how much sodium is in foods you wouldn't imagine. Even egg whites and chicken breasts have a surprising amount of the stuff.

Ya I know when I did the math at the end of the day I realized I needed to make a change is my foods I was buying that I originally though were good quality.
