Some basic questions before running a cycle?

I am going to run a cycle of test E only at 500mgs/week

I was just wondering about some things...

what supplements should I avoid while on a cycle if any?

What to expect after the PCT?

Is there any point in taking arimidex EOD at .5mgs from the start of the cycle till the end of the PCT (any breaks)?

Should I use a different needle to draw the test then I do to inject it (use 18g to draw and 25g to inject)?

Nolva or clomid or both?

Nolvadex and clomid 40/40/20/20 14 days after last pin
Withdrawing and injecting, up to you. Use whatever needles you want. You can inject and draw with the same one it doesn't matter.
