Wassup everyone.Im 24 been training since i was like 15 on and off, wrestled all through high school. Anyway last year i started testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) cuz of low test.i made good gains, but i got hurt and since then i have taken 2.5 months off and just been ejoying life eating ect.but i cut my testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) dose from 210 to 100mg a week of cyp.anyway i plan to go back monday to gym and diet.thing is i lost some muscle(although not as much as i thought i would have) and i gained some fat.i plan to cut and will go back to 210 cyp and also add in some deca for injuries.im worried, will i be basicall a "beginner" again? and comming off a layoff with the steroids still help me or be pointless?

your question is confusing. You are at 100mg now. That is your baseline, design a cycle going past that.

Im not quite sure what you are asking but first things first get into a good training and diet habit before you add deca. Do the necessary training and dieting for a period of time before you start a cycle. You already have a good testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) dose of 210mg/week (plenty of test coursing through you) so use that to make some nice gains. When you take time off aas should not be the answer to get back to the way you were. The bulk of results come from diet and consistency in the gym. That should be your first priority.

Also, I dont know what your injury was but if it was a muscle injury then you wouldn't want to use excess aas to start with anyways as it can allow you to grow too quickly which will put a strain on tendons, etc which can cause further injury. (2.5 months for an injury while not terribly long is a long time to some so it must've been more than a minor injury). See how your body holds up with the basics first. Then add the aas in. Good luck.

sorry for confusion.basically im asking that since i have gotten a bit out of shape, when i go back will the steroids make me look bloated and not be as beneficial as they would be had i been training consistently?

deca for injuries,mostly shoulder bursitis

If you are fat, then yes, you will get bloated. Roids, at least test, aromatise easier and convert to estrogen which will cause you to hold more water. ie, bloat

What blows my mind is that he did it after being advised NOT to.

Tony, I still think you're confused about what testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) is and how it is different than cycling. Even though this isn't the testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) forum, maybe this is the place to finally get through to you.

TRT = NORMAL levels. You inject testosterone to be the same as every other Tom, Dick and Harry. If your HPTA worked, you wouldn't be injecting.

CYCLING/BLASTING = SUPRAPHYSIOLOGICAL levels (above normal). You inject testosterone and other compounds for several weeks in order to assist with gains due to a plateau that you can't otherwise overcome.

Do you see the difference? STOP treating testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) like a cycle! If you want to blast (our version of cycling), then these types of questions would seem less asinine - and I recommend you start looking into it since that is what you think you're doing. Otherwise, please stop messing with your testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) dosages because you think you're wasting it while sitting on your couch.
