Some Labwork questions and happy with E2

Here's the parts of my labwork I'm very happy with:

Testosterone, Serum 1170 348-1197 ng/dL
Estradiol, Sensitive 29 3-70 pg/mL

That's cool. At one point I was using anastrazole to limit my estradiol. With T levels of 1123 total, my E2 had climbed up to 60. Anastrazole brought it back down, but then I tapered off that and started using NAC, Calcium D Glucorate, and Zinc. 3 months without the Anastrazole, and it appears the supps toook care of it and my T is a tiny bit higher. Happy. :)

Now, here's the part I'm more curious about and will start googling:

Monocytes 13 HIGH 4-12 %
Creatinine, Serum 1.32 HIGH 0.76-1.27 mg/dL

And finally, the part I'm most curious about. I've been reading about this, and iodine, and I can be certain I've lacked iodine for years. I cook almost 95% of the food I eat, and have been using sea salt (not iodized) for 6 years. I don't restrict my salt intake in any way, but I sure as heck don't get more than a couple of tea spoons of normal iodized table salt per year!

TSH 3.950 0.450-4.500 uIU/mL 01
Thyroxine (T4) 9.2 4.5-12.0 ug/dL 01
T3 Uptake 31 24-39 % 01
Free Thyroxine Index 2.9 1.2-4.9

Again, I'll be digging around on the parts I'm curious about but any feedback is appreciated.

Is that TT and E2 reading a peak or trough? If trough, your E2 very well could be high at the peak. what is you injection protocol?

High monocytes probably means you were a little sick recently. Not a problem unless it stays that way or gets worse.

Slightly high creatinine probably means you were a little dehydrated when you got your blood work and/or were consuming a lot of protein. Or you could be very muscular. What is your eGFR? Just keep an eye on it to make sure it doesn't get worse.

Your TSH puts you in hypothyroid range. Talk to your doctor about that.

It is easy to get enough iodine in your diet. Either add some to your food via salt with iodine or pick up some fries at McDonalds every so often.

I inject nightly. That was at 9a in the morning. Probably was a bit dehydrated.

I'm fairly muscular. Enough so that when I walk through a store, people change direction to avoid me. I've been told I don't look friendly, but I'm a teddy bear. :)

eGFR was 64.

I'll pass on the mcdonalds. :).

In April my TSH was 4.47. I went backpacking over the summer and used iodine to kill parasites in the water. So TSH has improved since April. I'll take a careful look at iodine and investigate safe options there and retest in a month or two.

Use "lo salt" its iodized with 66% less sodium.
Your T4 is "normal" and TSH is in range. I'm not sure you will get treatment for it.

The TSH ranges were revised but not all labs reflect it. Anything over 3.0 is now considered an indication of possible hypothyroidism.

I'm not looking for a doc to treat me for hypothyroidism. I'm suspecting that my long term lack of iodine is what's causing the high TSH, and I'm simply looking to fix it.
