165 5'8 natural. My abs were more defined but ive been cheating on my diet as of lat(also they are crooked by genetics) also it apears that i have a little gyno or something no lump no pain chek out the pics.

more are my nipples just puffy or can i get rid of that. I think like during puberty they really started hurting then they just kinda got like that.

best way is to try some nolva, do they go back to normal when you touch them ? or when your cold? if so try nolva i had a similar problem but once iused nolva they stopped puffing out

do you take propecia or proscar for your hair...cuz when i started takin that crap my nipples turned puffy and my bros did too.
