sore on var?

It gave my muscles much more of a pump... which in turn I think made me sorer after workouts... I did about 50mg/day
 
I loved it and I kept it... that's what was best about it to me... I kept like 75-80%.... Amazing... I ran it alone... as a mini-cycle... a little boost so to speak... I wanted to let my body relax a little cause the year before I had hit the juice fairly hard..... I used the var for 8 weeks in the midst of an 8 month break

Really? Maybe it wouldn't be decribed as extra soreness... more like a perpetual pump creating a noticable tightness... Just an elevated ability to "feel" your muscles

i dont train for a 'pump" lol so i really wouldnt know
i did get the typical low back pump though
 
been running 40 mgs a day. everthing gets tight faster, even regular life stuff, but no soreness. good vascularity after a couple weeks
 
Yea I feel like an old man bending down because of the tightness but its over when im lifting, My max is up on everything except deads and cleans because I hurt my back. Very good strenght increase.
