Sorry...another noob/advice/feedback thread

Hi Everyone,

I am new here and have been browsing these forums quite a bit the last few days since I've signed up. I am 27 years old, 5ft 11in and roughly 180lbs. I have never used any gear or illegal substance; just protein shakes and lots of chicken, fish and veggies in my diet.

Recently I had some blood work done as I have been really struggling in the gym and noticed my strength was decreasing. I thought it may have been due to stress from a new job. However it turns out my testosterone levels were too low for my age, the doctor however said there was no need for testosterone replacement therapy.

I have been working out for a good 5 years, however within that 5 years there was a good gap where I put on a lot of fat from poor dieting, partying and drinking a ton of booze. I've now cleaned my diet up once again and the blood work was done 8 months after getting back to a strict diet.

Now to the point I am interested in a beginner cycle, but their is still a ton I do not understand, so I am trying to learn and absorb as much knowledge as possible from these forums. For starters I do not have a source, nor am I asking for one, like many have stated I am sure they will appear at some point. I do intend on making it through this summer on a strict diet and protein shakes. However I would like to prepare myself for the future in which I do intend on using gear likely around September.

I've come across a few options for beginner cycles that I am considering for September:

Week 1-12 Testosterone-Enanthate or Testosterone-Cypionate: 250mg-500mg per week
Week 13-15 you will take nothing and let the testosterone begin to clear out
Week 16-17 Nolvadex 40mg per day
Week 18-19 Nolvadex 20mg per day

or

Dianabol Addition:
Week 1-6 Dianabol 20mg-30mg every day
Week 1-12 Testosterone-Enanthate or Testosterone-Cypionate: 250mg-500mg per week
Week 13-15 you will take nothing and let the testosterone begin to clear out
Week 16-17 Nolvadex 40mg per day
Week 18-19 Nolvadex 20mg per day

or

Winstrol Addition:
Week 1-12 Testosterone-Enanthate or Testosterone-Cypionate: 250mg-500mg per week
Week 7-12 Winstrol 50mg every other day
Week 13-15 you will take nothing and let the testosterone begin to clear out
Week 16-17 Nolvadex 40mg per day
Week 18-19 Nolvadex 20mg per day

Any recommendations on which of the three or perhaps some other options from someone who is an experienced user. All feedback is greatly appreciated and thank you for taking the time to read my long post.
 
Since it is your first cycle, your first proposal (test only) is probably your best bet. I prefer to kickstart with an oral like dbol as in your 2nd proposed cycle, but again, for beginners it is highly recommended to start with a test only cycle. You will also want to add something like arimidex to your cycle throughout to avoid unnecessary sides regardless of what cycle you end up choosing.
 
I would go with option 2, but you need to add a few things:
You need to add Clomid to your post cycle therapy (pct) at 50mg per day for all 4 weeks.
Add an Aromatase inhibitor (AI) during your cycle. I like Adex at 1/2mg E3D or EOD as needed - You REALLY need this while taking Dbol.
HCG will help you recover faster and is recommended, but not absolutely necessary.
Run the test at 500, not lower
Also, you should take liver support while using the Dbol, NAC and ALA together seem to be the best, and cut WAY back or just stop drinking alcohol while using it.
 
I would go with what Rumpy said but I would leave out the Dbol. thats just me. Aromasin is my Aromatase inhibitor (AI) of choice 12.5mg EOD
 
Awesome thanks for the replies! Looks like I've got some more research to do as I'm not familiar with the terms Aromatase inhibitor (AI) and HCG.
