Keep up the work brother.. You're doing good. Try not to weigh yourself every week. I measure my weight loss by how my clothes fit and the mirror. Also, don't forget to give yourself a week off after 8-12 weeks. Good luck..
Continued THANKS for your support all. TRULY appreciate it.
Passed the one month mark.
Diet: For the most part, want to stick to 2250 calories/day, and not binge on sweets or pasta. Drinking 1/2 to 1 gallon of water a day.
Gym: More focus & intensity on weights this week. Lots of PRs. Zero cardio in the last week, no interest in it.
Stats:
In one month:
--Lost 10.2 lbs (258.8 -> 248.6)
--Lost 2" from my waist (44 11/16 -> 42 12/16), and 3" from my gut.
--35.8%BF: exactly the same as last month. Maybe just my scale? Whatever.
Damn, was really hoping to get some advice from you all after all these months.
DARN.
For me personally I have the best luck when I either concentrate really hard on all my meals, or just eat normally and do alot more cardio. If I eat basically chicken and potatoes and like oatmeal and bread, steaks, and do some cardio, the fat comes right off. Its hard for me to start though. Im like you in the sense that I gain muscle and fat very easily. Ive been trying to get bigger, but I get fat too from overeating, because its low stress when I eat alot. Then I have to go lose it again. Im doing one more bulk, then going to try hard to lose fat and maintain muscle myself. I was always bigger so being fat doesnt really hurt my ego, Im not superficial or sensitive. Although being 20 pounds heavier than I am in my pic, with 110 pounds less muscle is no fun. The main benefit to more muscle imo is that you can eat alot more. When I was first trying to lose weight I could get fat on 2k calories. Now I lift and am bigger, I need to eat 4-5k calories to even start putting on fat... to the point I cant even really afford the food.
try this until you speak with 3j:
try cardio early morning on a empty stomach no longer than a hour but no less than 30 mins 5 days a week...maybe split it up ... try taking a pre workout like jacked...cardio should put you on the right path
