Hello ladies, any help on this matter would be appreciated. My wife recently gave birth to our first child and during the pregnancy she put on a little more that she wanted to. Well the first 35 came off pretty easy but this last 20 is not coming off without some work. Now she has not been exercising or eating well until the last couple of weeks. Believe me it is hard to do while breat feeding and keeping up with our little girl but she is doing her best. She is thinking of trying the SBD to maybe get her back in focus of eating good and exercising. I guess my question is do any of you ladies have experience withthis diet or have opinions about it.
