I have read that several times also. Soy protien contains chemicals called phyto-estragens. They are converted into estragen and can be very benificial for women but I wouldnt make Soy Protien your only protien in your diet. But if your just using it as a supplament to once a day or something it would actually be very benificial. Soy protien is much easier to digest and has a better bioavailability.
my protein is a tri protein source and i just got in an argument with a friend about soy protein cause he was telling me it promotes estrogen growth and i was like i wanna see an article so sort of proff and anyways even if it does produce estrogen its at such small levels its probably barely detectable.
