She's worried that me being in TRT and now I'm taking 500mg a week along with deca that she won't be able to get pregnant

Makes things tougher but plenty of guys have done it. hCG is a huge help. And hMG is a fallback.
But if you are trying to conceive right now, I would not recommend running a cycle. Wait until after she is pregnant.

So if i come off this cycle that I've been on for 6 months you think my natural Test would come back and I would start producing more Sperm. I'm just worried my natural test is gone

If you take enough hcg, you will retain 100% testicular function. People impregnate their wives even with atrophied testicles.
Take 250-500 IU HCG x2 week. You will have a much higher chance of staying fertile.

Even after being on 500mg of test cyp for 6 months you think I'll get back 100% testicular function?!

That is a good question. Prob varies with each person. Wonder if any studies have been done to determine this.

Since it is too late (you are already 6 months into a cycle), why not just go the HCG route and start filling her up with your man-juice? Best way to find out if you can get her pregnant is to have unprotected sex.
Take note that the more worry is involved, the lower the chances of success. Worry causes stress and stress causes the body to prevent pregnancy because it thinks it is in survival mode. Pregnancies are bad for individual survival. Make sure you convince her that there is no problem at all if you stop the cycle now and then stop it and make sure she is fully aware you did. Make sure you compliment her looks a lot and do all the things needed to keep her in the mood - that will help her get pregnant easier. Then, of course, copulate frequently.

We have always had unprotected sex. I guess I'll drop my cycle completely and start doing HCG then

Well i have a 2 year old little boy that's beautiful, I got my wife pregnant while i was 6 weeks into tren enth. But she wants to be pregnant by October this year, and we both are kinda worried, so I guess my only choice is to buy HCG and blast 250-500 a week until she gets pregnant

Don't drop the androgens completely. Keep taking some testosterone+HCG.
