I am 6'3" I weigh abuot 239 lbs at around 15% bf. Here is a look at my diet.

1.)
6 egg whites
1 whole egg (Egglands Best 110mg Omega-3)
I serving flax
1 serving oats in water with 2 tsps brown sugar

2.)
4 oz Chicken
1/2 cup brown rice
1 serving mixed veggies

3.)
8 oz Chicken
1/2 cup brown rice
Spinach or romaine salad with brocoli
2 tbsp dressing mostly vinegar little bit of olive oil

4.)
2 scoops whey in water
8oz grape juice w/10g creatine 7g glutamine and 50mg ALA
( This is post workout of course)

5.)
8 oz of Chicken or lean beef or some fish
1 serving of veggies
2 pieces of whole wheat bread
6.)
This is 1/2 hour before bed
4 egg whites
1 whole egg
I should note that I drink 4-5 qaurts of water daily.
Totals come up to around 290 g protein and like 175 carbs and minimal fat. Should put me at close to 2300 calories a day. Along with this diet I am doing 30-45 minutes of cardio 4-5 days a week. I might though in a little bit of tren in a few weeks at 75 mg EOD but I will only use that for about 6 weeks. The creatine will come out during the last 2 weeks of cutting. Any suggestions would be great guys.

looks pretty solid from here man
i would personaly replace the sugar for splenda in meal one
and instead of eggs before bed have a protein blend with some Efas

Maybe add a few more tbsps of Efas thoughtout the day except post workout. Oh and i wouldn't have grape juice but i'd have dextrose

Agreed:D

I will try and fit some more EFA's in there. You guys would use dextrose instaed of grape juice? Is the higher glycemic the only reason why? Thanks for the input.
