sometimes that gos along with squats. hell ive seen stars been light headed almos puked had to go to bathroom throw cold water on my face. i found out if i up my carbs on leg day it helps counter these effect.
Yep you'll have that with squats bro. I used to have problems with squats getting sick feeling everytime. I also upped the carbs about an hour before lifting and felt alot better and stronger! That didn't help with the numbness and feeling like I couldn't walk though!
