started 1st cycle last week
500 mg test/week 12 weeks
starting weight 190

height 5'7"
age 34
calories=3500-4000

goal=lean bulk with increase strength


first shot i was freaked out. went perfect though. a little pain for an hour then nothing.

3 days after shot i felt great.now tired though.
have to increase carbs. im only eating about 50-70grams a day.

did shoulders today-went light
10 sets of arnold dumbell presses 55lbs
100 shrugs 225lbs
10 sets lateral raises 35 lbs

2nd shot tonight

increased carbs today to 100 grams
hopefully this will will help with the tiredness

weight still at 190
 
not meaning to talk trash but your workout seems a little odd .. how long have you been seriously lifting weights?

about 20 years on and off

i always try to mix my workouts up every three weeks

i get better results with higher reps

i dont take it as trash talk all opions r welcome

ouch!! 2ccs is alot more painful the day after just sore though

they worked r ass off at work last night.

3 more weeks of night turn then back to daylight.

im having a problem eating. not hungry at all.
if i try eating im really forcing it and want to throw up.

any suggestions?

weight is 194 up 4 pounds in 1 1/2 weeks

strength is increasing.

i train on a 4 day split hitting each muscle 2 times a week

im going to eat more but it is hard for some reason.

1 protein shake 50 grams of protein and 350 calories
got a tatto last night. 4 hours it took. ark is sore as hell.

weigh in at 197 today. up 3 pounds in 2 days.

going to gym.

no sides of yet except i wanna fuck everything in site.lol

Looks awesome man! How was the bloat with CYP I haven't decided on E or C yet....it;s going to be a bloat decision I think.
 
looking very good but i would say hiting each muscle 2 times a week is to much especialy if your work is physical.
keep the 4 days routine but each muscle once a week.
do n ot forget about your post cycle therapy (pct) also.
