Started 3J's diet plan 12/17... Continuous updates and photos..

I emailed 3J because I was having trouble getting the last 40 lbs off. 3 years ago I was 341 lbs and going through a nasty divorce.
I got myself down to 275 last year and then did a cycle of Test Prop/Tren A/ Winstrol and got down to 244.
Since July I have been unable to lose any further weight.

So I emailed 3J and he put me on a 3000 calorie carb cycling plan.

I started this Monday the 17th of December.

I am going to attach photos showing my progress.

My body and physique isnt amazing, but I am 100% proud of the hard work I have put into it. I believe with his help I will get to my goal of 200 lbs and lean.

My only problem is some (Little) loose skin. But I was told Fish Oil may help that.

Jan 2nd I am starting my cycle of
week 1-12 Test Prop 125 EOD
week 1-8 Tren A 100 EOD
week 8-12 Mast prop 125 EOD
I have Novla and Clomid for PCT


If anyone would like to follow along my journey with me you are more than welcome to comment and offer any suggestions.

I have a learned alot from this site in my short time on it and truly appreciate it all.
 
Hey mate,
I'm planning to start my first cycle ever test e var and clen... I'm aiming to shed fat and maintain muscle (and bulk up if possible)....I just wanted to know if using AAS really helped with shedding fat? And if you bulked up from it... I'd appreciate any advice
I'm 24 years old, 5'7, 178 lbs at 22 BF
