Started Var Cycle Need input please

Hi there! So I am new to all of this stuff for the most part but I have been reading a lot on this and other sites and it seems to be a great place to go to ask for a WOMAN'S advice.

I started Anavar (var) half of a week ago and have a few questions, I want to make sure I am doing a decent diet and dosage. I am 26 years old, 5'4 128lbs w/ 17% bf currently.

I am taking 2.5 mg of Anavar (var) twice daily for my first week and will up dosage to 5 mg twice daily for the next 4 weeks depending on how I feel the sides are. Here is my diet and work out plan--


Diet

Meal #1
3 egg whites 1/4 cup gluten free oats
w/ tsp of no sugar added ketchup

Meal #2
isolate protein shake w/ 1 tbsp flax oil

Meal #3
2-3 oz of salmon, chicken, or turkey w/ 3-4 oz of veggies (green beans, asparagus, broccoli, zucchini&squash, or cauliflower) 1.5-2 oz of brown rice, sweet potato, or quinoa

Meal #4
2-3 oz of salmon, chicken, or turkey w/ 3-4 oz of veggies (green beans, asparagus, broccoli, zucchini&squash, or cauliflower)

Meal #5
2-3 oz of salmon, chicken, or turkey w/ 3-4 oz of veggies (green beans, asparagus, broccoli, zucchini&squash, or cauliflower)

Only eat salmon once a daily, usually earlier on in day.

Condiments- No sugar added Heinz Ketchup (use sparingly), Lemon juice, Olive oil(use sparingly), Mrs. Dash No Salt Spices, Cinnamon, Balsamic Vinegar.

Snack(on occasion not daily)- Low sodium gluten free rice cake(35 cal) w/ natty peanut butter and sugar free jam



Workout

Cardio 5x per week
45 min (20-30 interval on stair stepper, run 1 mile on track, 10min full incline on treadmill alternating running mild speed, walking lunges, and walking backward)
**Some mornings I do this on an empty stomach**

Lifting 4x per week
2 days Legs
2 days upper body(bi's & back, tri's and shoulders)


Also I am taking clen for the first two weeks, not sure exactly how to dose that but I have done 20mcg for my first 3 days and it feels like enough.

Any suggestions or help would be greatly appreciated!

Clen? Ouch Try one thing at a time.. cause if u do get a side, you'll know what's causing it. I think for chicks 20mg is the most rec. dose to take/day. so what you're doing sounds about right.

I'll be honest, everyone (boys & girls) should read an Anabolic book. those things teach you everything you must know. All the questions you have, they have an answer to.
A lot of people here really go based on something they read of off someone else thread.
That said, don't be too confident on the things people tell you. Go do your own research. Good luck. you look great in your pic
 
Yes @Pandie, exactly why I am on here asking questions, it's pretty apparent that I don't know what I am doing that's why I am asking for advice and tips? Already jumped into this without all the knowledge I needed so a little silly to stop my cycle and waste my money if I don't have to...

Thanks @Cam01, just been doing research online and reading on forums, spoke to some trainers but don't know who's advice to follow. Did a show in april and plan on doing another at the end of the year maybe..just want to build up some more muscle in the meantime. Any feedback is always appreciated
 
One compound at a time. Drop the clen, it's crap. Plus, why run clen while bulking (adding muscle). Where the heck are your complex carbs? Your dietary plan above seems to be a pretty serious cutting diet. You want to put on muscle with Anavar (var) ? Up your cals to put on muscle and gain weight.

Don't focus on the $ wasting. Stop the cycle if you're not ready and save the Anavar (var) for later. You're only wasting it if you flush the Anavar (var) down the toilet.

Your diet needs work first to add muscle.

*not trying to come across as short, just making my breakfast at the same time ;)

Thank you for your advice! I am going to drop the clen, up my carbs and calories. Definitely want to add muscle, just scared to get "fat" while doing so, so a few trainers told me to add clen in to keep myself lean while adding. Sounds like you know your stuff:)

Clen, if used should only be used for contest prep, imo. But, it's very hard on the heart and the sides are dangerous compared to the results. I've run it before and hated it. Did more research on it and just advise against it altogether.

On the Anavar (var) , many, many, many women report holding lots of water while on. I ran a Anavar (var) cycle and gained 8lbs in 8 weeks. Yes, I was bulking, and yes eating to grow, but the water was unreal. While I would.like to think my source was legit, Anavar (var) is an expensive raw compared to others and dbol is often used in it's place. My exerience with Anavar (var) led more to the dbol sides, so my biggest suggestion would be that if you get terrible acne, are holding a shit ton of water, and have an insane appitite (and I mean insane), back off and come off. I made decent gains, but kept very little of them and within days of
stopping the Anavar (var) , all the sides virtually all those sides went away. So, use caution with it. I'm jokingly referring to that cycle as my Anavar (var) -bol cycle...lol.

Keep your water intake up. If you're adding muscle, you'll gain scale weight and yes, possibly a tiny bit of fat but that comes with the game. Clen wouldn't solve that for you anyway.

Also, make sure when venturing into further compounds or aas you research, as you are now and be sure to ask the help of other females that have run these compounds. Men and women are wired very differently and most men are absolutely not qualified to give advice on aas use for females. Just use caution. It's your body! ;)

30 mg var a day... Make the most of it it's not strong an you'll look the bollox!:))
Sorry Frenchy, but this isn't the greatest advice. There's no way for you to know how someone will react to Anavar (var). If you're running 30mgs a day without sides, it's entirely possible that your var is underdosed. Or it's possible you aren't sensitive to the compound. Typically it's not recommended for ladies to run more than 20mgs, epecially for a first cycle.
My advice is to play on the safe side and really listen to your body when running any type of aas. What works for one does not work for everyone.

Sorry :-( 30mg first cycle no way! I did my first cycle
And went to 15mg with no sides well my period was funny. First cycle was low so I could see how my body reacted.
Starting 2nd cycle started on 10mg will go much higher this time- great pumps before! I women who use it and
Pop them like smarties ie 40mgs and get fantastic results including fat loss

How many calories are you eating now ? Log everything your eating to really know how many calories your eating, u can do this @ (fitday.com) they do seem low & if your looking to "bulk" then u must eat to grow.. and yes, u will gain some fat while bulking, the key is to gain the minimal amount.. You want to eat enpough protein to support your muscle mass, you can tweak your carbs, up them & lower the fats, or lower them & up the fats,etc, protein should remain pretty much the same.
I don't see much fat in your diet, u need good sources of fat.
I agree with the other posters, clen could be very effective & many run it successfully, I'm not a fan myself, and yoru bf is not high, so with the right diet u shoudl have no problem accomplishing your goals.
