Starting a new workout routine. Looking for any help with it.

Hey everyone. Okay so im gonna start a 20 week cycle and Im putting together a workout program for it and I want to divide it into 2 parts. The first 10 weeks I want to focus on gaining size and strength. Then the last 10 weeks I want to focus on shredding and cutting. Im putting together my program right now and am just looking for opinions and tips on things I should add into it and ways to differ the two parts both in the gym, cardio, and diet? Like supersets, drops sets, cardio, intensity, rest times between sets, in the first 10 weeks vs the last 10 weeks. Diet tips in the first 10 weeks vs last 10 weeks. That sort of thing. I know everyone has their own ideas on things so Im Just looking for Any advice/help I can get. Thanks everyone.
