Thinking about starting DIM. I have 100 mg caps strength.
Is it a safe dose to just start at 1 cap a day of 100 mg ?
Been off adex now for 5 days....
I will be going back on TRT and want to avoid a.I.s at first till I dial in.
What do you all think?
I heard there's nausea associated with DIM ?
take it with a meal better?
Any other side effects?
