Starting my first, only and hopefully last cut log under the auspices of 3J(bbqtrini)

Started my carb cycle diet on January 12 and going 11 days .

Starting height and weight was 6'3 251lbs

My starting measurements are as follows:

Neck 17
Chest 46.5
Stomach (measured at belly button) 41
Waist (measured where pants sit) 39.5
Biceps (measured cold with arms straight out) 17
Thighs 28
Calves 17.25 (think I measured incorrectly)
Forearms 13

I must be wearing some very forgiving size 36 waist pants because when I saw that big ole 39.5 I was flabbergasted.
 
One I complete this cut I hope to never do another god forsaken cut for years to come.

My measurements this Thursday 1/22/15 were as follows:

Neck 17
Chest 46.75
Stomach (measured at belly button) 40.25-40.50
Waist (measured where pants sit) 39.25
Biceps (measured cold with arms straight out) 17-17.25
Thighs 27.5
Calves 16.25-16.50 (think I measured incorrectly)
Forearms 13
 
3j is the man. Just follow the program he will adjust along the way to get you where you want to be. Looking forward to seeing your progress

Still making progress from 0 days of cardio. Can't believe i've lost over an inch on my stomach and only have lost 3lbs on the scale to date.

You have already learned that scales do not actually tell you the real story. Scales tell you your weight, not your muscle and fat amounts. Mix inches with the scale and you find just how amazing it is. That is one of the biggest things I learned from 3J (along with how to eat properly and the power of cardio when it is needed).

Weigh in today after missing a week and 4 days worth of cheat meals and alcohol for my Bday...

I now have a good size visible vein running through the inside of both my calves which i haven't had in years.
 
Weigh in today at 243 which is a half pound more from last week despite my diet being cleaner

there will always be bumps in the road my friend.. you gained weight but your core measurements went down.. follow the adjustments i gave you this morning and you will be fine
 
Weigh in today at 244 which is a pound more from last week despite not cheating. 3J thinks its attributed to bloating so hopefully i am still making progress even though i am a little soft today. I gotta try to reign in my salt consumption which will be a little tough. It's crazy that i am technically only 7lbs from where i started but my stomach is 2.5" smaller.

Replace your salt shaker with Mrs. Dash. If you add salt to anything, use Mrs. Dash instead. It tastes better and has no sodium. For cooking, if a recipe calls for salt you are better off using what they say - but for all other times when you add it yourself, Mrs. Dash is a far better choice. And it is yummier. :)

Not a bad week. I missed a couple meals so I have to do a little better. Almost 20lbs fucking pounds down since late January, Christ I had know idea I was so fat :-(

Starting to see a lil flash of my upper abdominals muscles when i flex, hopefully by Mem Day i will be able to taste the sweet nectar of 11-13%bf. I will post pics next week
