Alright I threw this together and I can manage to eat this and drink the shakes during school so this diet shouldn’t be a problem. The Shakes contain 70G of protein or so the jug says.. Im not worried about a completely clean diet or lean muscle I just want to bulk and see what happens. Ive never been able to gain fat before anyway so who knows it may just make my muscles look bigger.. Any critiques to help me get from 140lb to 165lb by December will be greatly appreciated.

Meal 1
Protein Shake and PBJ
1,030+331= 1,361 Calories

Meal 2
2 PBJ
331+331= 662 Calories

Meal 3
1 chicken breast (32/0/1.5, 140), 2 slices whole wheat bread (8/36/3, 200) 1 slice cheese
40/36/4.5,
350 Calories

Meal 4
Protein Shake and PBJ
1,031+331= 1,361 Calories

Meal 5
2 PBJ
331+331= 662 Calories

Meal 6
Big Bens Rice and Tuna Fish
220+80= 300 Calories

Meal 7
Cheap Fast Food and Protein Shake
? + 1,031= 1,300+

Total= 6046 per day

i dont see how you couldnt accomplish it with that. just out of curiosity... how in the hell, are you getting a 1,000 calorie protein shake? the highest calorie shake mix ive seen is 672 calories. unless your making it like a smoothie or something

First off why do you keep making new threads. You have started more threads in a day then most members start in a week.

That being said on to the diet. Glad to see the calorie intake has increased but your protein levels seem ridiculously low. You need quality protein with every meal. Also you need more low GI carbs in the mix. Would like to see some yams, whole wheat pasta, oats etc. Be honest with yourself your staple food in this diet is PBJ sandwhiches, do you really think that is going to cut it?
 
I am making the protein shake into a smoothie with whole milk and I will do my best to try and find a food I can pack for school that has more protein in it
 
If i drink 2 shakes a day thats 140g of protein and there are 5g in the big bens rice and 10 in the tuna fish i mix with it. I dont know how many grams of protein are in PBJ's or the chicken sandwiches i eat for lunch but I am also taking some mulitvitamins that give me about 6g of protein every morining with the amino acid in it...
