Starting Test E for first cycle, have a couple of questions guys

Im close to starting my first cycle of Test E and need some advice from guys with experience. I would like to know if I run Test, do I need to take something with Test, or should I just stick with Test? Another question is, is clomid and nolva needed or do I stick to only one PCT?

Only other thing you need to run with test is arimidex or aromasin and use both nolva and clomid for pct

I just started my first cycle too. I'm running 500 mg test e per week as well, and I started with .25 arimidex every other day, but will up it if I feel I need to. Good luck with first cycle, if you post updates I would follow your progress.

Regarding your first question, the general rule of thumb is to stick with one compound to see how your body reacts. If you start out by adding a second compound to your first cycle and experience problems, it would be hard to determine which compound is causing the problem. In accordance, you should stick to only the Test E for your first cycle. Then, in future cycles, you can always add things like deca, dbols, etc.

For a testosterone only cycle, I have always used nolva.
