starting with Deca Durabolin

Hey all,
Iam male age 28, weight 56KG, I really need to gain mass within short span of time because i have something coming up which requires that i should have a really good body till Dec.2005, this may sound really silly but i hope that some one may respond to it.

1) What actually is a cycle in case of Deca-Durabolin for a person who is taking it for the first time ?, like if i want to use this stuff for 6 weeks, how should i use it in order to gain mass & be one the safe side.

2) I would be more than thankful if any one can guide me about its 6 weeks cycle & tell me how to use it in daily routine. like should i use it after eating my breakfast or lunch ? or before eating any thing ? or before doing my work out ? or after doing my routine or work out ?

3) The most important is there any essential medicine that i should also take if iam using dec-durabolin to avoid any side effects which I thing are not that much?

4) Any one who can give me diet plan which can help me in gaining more mass using Deca Durabolin like eating Soya Beans or EGGS what is the thing that i should use in my diet plan if iam using this deca durabolin ?

5) What should be my routine i mean my workout ..is it make difference when using deca to workout in morning or night , one time or two times in a day , if any one can help me in understanding how to use the weights to get more benefits for this deca ?

6) Last my really objective is to fill up my Sunken Cheeks which are because iam Skinny , is there any specific workout with this deca durabolin which can help me in gaining mass on my cheeks like should i also use Creatine MonoHyrdate for acheive this objective ?

Now please dont use the things that dont use deca durabolin and stuff like that I hope some one will response for these questions rather than saying dont use it.

Looking forward for some helpful reply considering that i need to gain mass and a good deal of mass till 1st Dec.2005.
 
i would start off by reading a shitload of posts here about this same sub

and to some up quickly, dont do a six week deca, thats a waste, and every other question there has its own post in here too, just use the search and read and read

btw: by your question i would assume you have no reason to be doing aas.

Uy uy uy... There Is basically a forum section for every question you just asked. if youre 56kgs (115 lbs) you are in NO way ready for Steroids unless you are one jacked dwarf.
Read the drug profiles, STICKYS and I suggest a lot of reading in the diet and training forum before even considering AAS.
 
What you really want is to eat 5times/day at least; eat plenty of carbs; and use the creatine.
Steroids are not for you, and if they were, deca only would be a poor choice.
I'm sorry I'm not answering your questions but I wouldn't be helping you if I did.

trenton hit the nail on the head, 1 gram of test a week will just cut you up if you dont eat. "learning to eat" is like learning to train, just coz you been eating your whole life doesnt mean you know how to eat for gaining and bb purposes. read the diet forum here it rocks. Up to a certain point diet is better than gear bro

I totally agree. At 115, even if you are 5'4, you are a rail. Obviously you don't eat very much and cyclying would be a big waste of time. Im not an expert, but you could easily gain at least 50 more pounds before you even remotely think about steroids. Just curious, whats your height and how long have you been training??? Also, follow everyones advice and read, read, and read some more and it will help you greatly. Goodluck!
