Staving off lethargy on cycle

Hey guys, a lot of big hitters like p-plex, superdrol, dymethazine and even epistane and hdrol have been shown to have major effects on energy. What do you guys use to stave off lethargy while on AAS/PHs? The obvious choice is a test base, but most ph users don't use injectables. When I ran superdrol, the first time I used androhard and experienced much less lethargy than my second run without it. Just wondering what else in terms of non-injectables you guys would suggest for this problem. Tnks in advance guys.

Yes sir coffee and whey is my preworkout when "on" The best test base ph was dermacrine as far as combating lethargy, but not sure if its quality anymore since its under a new company. You could just suck it up and pin some test, but then there would be no sense in running a ph, so catch 22.

I all seriousness I like adding things like beta alanine and electrolyte mixes to my preworkout routine, they have helped me the most while on a cycle.

I'd go with a solid t booster like PhytoSerms-347 or something along these lines. I used themolife's t bol and it worked pretty well for me for a super drol cycle back in the day

I like N2slin and Forged Burner combined. For me it works very very well. You can adjust dosage for more or less impact.

how the hell does a nutrient repartitioners deal with anabolic induced lethargy??????????????

correct me if im wrong but was that a shameless plug?

to the op.....iv found taking the doses with food has a great impact, be it hdrol (i used the primordial version), or even anavar, food helped somewhat

other than that a good prewo will do the job...its hard to get around

Super pump was good, but that only helped during the workout. pretty much i gave in and laid around all day when im home....sucks

Depends where your andrenals stand. Many of us have used all these energy supplements, energy drinks, pre-workouts, coffee so much already and our adrenals just arent pretty. Add in AAS/DS/PH induced lethargy and you can feel pretty crappy.

I think a month of resting your stim based receptors before a cycle would be great(no stimulants for a month) then on cycle you would have a easier time using minor stimulants without raising blood pressure too much. Then a steady stimulant like Adderlin or a nice pre-workout like N2KTS would do wonders. Or, sugarfree coffee. Homebrewed Hazelnut....yesh pweas.

Isn't the general consensus that people usually respond stronger to stimulants after a break? Also on a compound like SD, you wouldn't want be messing with stimulants (I know people do it), BP can already be of concern on that sort of cycle. As you mentioned coffee would provide some caffeine, and would probably work better stimulant wise for a harsh cycle like SD, or at least be safer than a combo of 1,3 and caffeine.

I would say look into Phytotest. Studies show Testofen mimics many of the postitive effects of testosterone (combating-lethargy, libido, etc. ) Just make sure your fenugreek product is Testofen. If you are not getting the real deal, your getting ripped off.

The point is yes, you would respond stronger hence the extra help in combating lethargy lol.

And yes a common problem with SD is BP, but not always. Proper management and monitoring gives more leeway to many situations. Always best to take the safest route. But technically if that route was being taken, a PH/DS would not be being taken lol.

I take minox for blood pressure just to keep it a little below the regular. Lower blood pressure has been shown to keep away so many ailments that afflict people as they get older, dementia included.

But yah, maybe I'll try mega-dosing B12. A bit of it kinda-sorta helped when I ran anadrol.

Andromass is the new and superior replacement to Dermacrine and will be the go to compound for a test base. Id add some Arginocarn for some mental clarity and maybe even GPLC, but the pumps combined with the pumps from some ph/ds might be too uncomfortable.

I take mild stimulants like jetfuel and sometimes something a little more harsh like endorush but on the other hand I don't have a problem with blood pressure. I love to run so my resting heart rate is around 50 and on average blood pressure generally pretty low too. L- Carnitine is not to bad for mild energy and I have found that eating fruits in between meals also helps with energy.

I've found that it is mainly a nutrient issue. Lethargy a lot of times is from a lack of glucose to the brain since there is so much repartitioning going to the muscles. For this reason, I like to eat 3-4 servings of fruit to keep liver glycogen stores very high.

Increase your carbs if you feel low on energy. No stimulant keeps me awake and alert like complex carbohydrates. Lots of fruit and a nutrient rich breakfast. I like wheaties fuel with all the b vitamins.

N2KTS or jacked preworkout and plenty of sleep.

Hmmm.... you think something like a huge berry smoothie every 2 hours? lol

I'll keep this in mind, I'm cutting some weight at the moment and experimenting with low-carb days... they are surprisingly the days I have the most energy. Probably because they are my off days from the gym lol

I feel more awake on my low-carb days!!! I'm experimenting with 25-50 grams on my off days. So weird...

Lots of good ideas here. I haven't seen L-Tyrosine mentioned yet for some mental clarity and focus. Caffeine or similar stimulants is a given, but moderation would be important on a PH that raises BP. I always feel sleepy on too many carbs, but with a compound like SD, you've got to have enough of them in the diet too, as it seems to burn through them quickly.

Nice mention burly. Non-stim wise Arginocarn for focus and clarity perhaps and even gplc has stim like effects. The guy who mentioned carnitine- good call. reps to both of you.

I'm a fan of l-tyrosine, there is nat in admantium, as well as daa and lclt. I loved tcf-1 for the mood and energy, so I'm sure with all those ingredients admantium would be solid addition on cycle, but probably better during pct.
