how to make it sure when is sterile and when not?
what to do to make it?i talked with some woman from farmacy and she sais when i'll psh needle into vial then it's not sterile..i'm confused :/

Use isopropyl alcohol to clean the top of the vials before you put the needle through the rubber top.
