im 17 i run track and play football i need to gain about 15 -20 pounds to play football and run track in college. what would be the best thing for me to take.

Rule No.1: No one under the age of 24 should use steroids.
Until the age of 24, your body is overflowing with testosterone and growth
hormone. If you can't make progress without drugs when you're still young, you
need to re-evaluate a few things -- mainly your training and your
supplementation. There's no reason why you shouldn't be able to progress on a
consistent basis without drugs. And if you can't, chances are you won't do much
better with drugs. Steroids will also close the growth plates of long bones so if
you haven't reached full height, steroids may prevent further skeletal
development, not to mention, they'll be shutting down your hormonal system at a
time when it's reaching maturity. Don't mess with your reproductive system at this
point. You're going to need it.

I agree with StoneCold here. I would like to point out that 24 is an arbitrarily set number though. 17 is too young IMO and you can easily add 20 pounds over a year or 2.

no doubt. when i finished h-school i was about 160/165. after 3 yrs. i gained 30lbs. with, at the most, 5% increase in bf. add some calories while keeping a good diet and that 17yr. body should gain quite nicely

Can we make a sticky thread on top named...IF YOU ARE UNDER 24....
List all the negatives and close it....Stone you must be tired of typing this stuff every time. Make a sticky and then point to it....
