Hi all,
I recently recovered from an injury which kept me out of the gym for 2.5 months and I ended up losing a great deal of muscle. My stats went from 193 @ 12% bf to 170 @ 8%. I have recently been gaining muscle back quickly since I have healed from the injury. My current stats are @ 180 @ 11%. My strength is only slightly diminished from where it was (about 10 lbs off the bench)
I do have a full 15 week cycle test e cycle ready to go. I was wondering if it made sense to start the cycle now for better more lean gains.
I am not sure I want to get much higher than 200 @ 8%.
I am 25 and have done a test/dbol cycle and superdrol cycle before.
