steroids and high levels of running, ok?

I'm new to steroids and I've read all the articles. I'm loving the site and all, but I have a question a little more specific. I run about 3 miles a day right now, and when I start my cycle (about 3 months from now) I will be at about 5 miles a day. Is this high level of running ok? I've read multiple views on cardiovascular side effects on different sites, not too much here though.

If you're using juice to increase size like most of the population, you will not reap the full benefits if you're running 5mi/day. Even if you increase your calories substantially, you won't be able to accrue the mass you could have w/o the running.

Bicyclists run gear, I think most of the heart issues come from being very overweight long term (overworked heart) and from marathoners (overworked heart), because heavy people share the same left ventricle evacuation problems that marathoners do from an overly muscular heart.

thanks for the help, im going for the SEALs. Which requires me to be capable of running 14 miles straight (thats a run done in 3rd phase) and basically be able to run like the fucking wind. I might cut running out during the cycle, but it all depends on my availability of time after my cycle is done, to catch back up.

there is no way that tour de france competitors could recover without gear , they are just good at getting by the drug test
