Hey guys so I'm about 5 weeks in in my cycle, and rather than lifting a ton of weights I've just been running like crazy. So far my speed has gone up a ridiculous amount and my legs are getting big. On too of that my core has tightened up a bunch as well as my back muscles have gotten more defined. I've lost a decent amount of fat, but is it normal for someone to go through rapid speed gains but little strength gains?
