Okay gents. 6'1" 190 pounds 29 years old not sure of body fat, but ectomorph no doubt. I have used PH in the past and had decent results, am inexperienced and usually lose my gains, keeping about 50% at best. Anyway, I joined this site about a month ago and I read stuff on here everyday (obsessing a little maybe). I want to gain about 10-15 pounds and hold on to it. My goal for the past few years has been to make 200lbs. A little history, I had a thyroid disease that I didn't know about until I was tested and I had extreme hyperthyroidism (graves disease). Anyway I weighed 152 pounds when I was treated. About a year after the treatment I started lifting and to date I put on about 40lbs (took about 5 years). I think the majority of the weight was just a natural rebound from the thyroid problem. So here I am now, I'm not taking anything at all and I'm between 185-190. Most of what I hear first timers do test E. Since I have zero exp, I'm concerned about not doing it correctly and failing in the pct realm. I posted before about doing a smaller dose (less than 500) and was advised not to as it would shut me down and I would see no gains. I've read there are other weaker substances that don't aromatize and have less sides than test, but that you would probably have to run test with them? There are so many substances out there, I'm beginning to get bogged down and my brain might explode if I continue to try to research each one (i'm also studying for my nurse practitioner degree
. Just looking to refine my research a bit more so when I take the plunge and get my gear I'll be confident in what I'm doing and feel as much comfort as one can. I'm not trying to get Arnold big lol. I really only want 10-15lbs sustainable. Thanks fellas.
