Still researching - Q about AI

Hey guys, still just lurking forums and gathering info and couldn't seem to find anything on when during a test e only cycle u start your Aromatase inhibitor (AI) I.e day of first ever pin say aromasin EOD or start 2-3 weeks in?

I always start my my Aromatase inhibitor (AI) the next day after my first shot. I have always done it this way. Don't wait until 2 weeks in because estrogen can spike really fast for some guys and then you will be battling other issues such as gyno, higher BP, etc. Keep it in control from the very start of the cycle. I generally run 25mg EOD while on cycle. So if I were to pin on a Monday, then tuesday, I would start the aromasin, etc.

Ahk thanks for that. Is that including a ester like test e as its longer or does that have nothing to do with it? What I mean is the test prob hasn't even locked in the next day but your taking an Aromatase inhibitor (AI) which could cause high estragan? Or is that not even related? Cheers!

I agree with rip. Same day for me. Better to preventthan treat. Thats on any kind of ester. An Aromatase inhibitor (AI) doesnt cause high estrogen, it controls it, bp, and other things

No problem. I am not completely sure on the time frame of how long some people can aromatize their testosterone but I only run long ester gear and I always start the next day after my shot or the day after at the latest. Some people can shoot 250mg of test and not spike their estrogen that high, but I am all about keeping estrogen controlled, etc. for the obvious reasons. I know I am estrogen sensitive so I know it is something that has to be controlled at the start.
