Stomach Bug at the worst time

So a week after finishing a 10 week test e cycle i get the stomach bug and could barely eat anything from monday to thursday this week. as i had expected my muscles have gone soft and my veins are back hiding in my body and lost 7 pounds. i just started my pct today as it has been 2 weeks after the last pin. I know i have to get back to eating a shit load again, but question is are those 7 pounds lost? i can't imagine being able to gain anything during post cycle therapy (pct). besides for this happening a week later during my pct, i don't think the timing of this stomach bug could have been any worse.
 
Drink lots of liquids along with Vitamin C/E. Get lots of sleep with the help of ZMA. Start PCT anyways, and you should be up and about in no time.

Did you lose muscle weight or water weight?

Most of the time what happen when you dont eat is you lose all the water first then the muscle. You probably just lost water for the most part.

well i've been drinking tons of gatorade. the thing is i've never felt my muscles this soft in a while. i've gone to the gym this week but went lightly. today i went a little harder and my strength didn't feel like it's been affected. most noticeable muscle thats been affected is my chest. it's like it's been deflated. though i could see that maybe there was a lot of water retention in my chest.
 
Yeah, probably lost a fair amount of water. Increase your carb intake once you recover from the flu for a week or so, and your chest should start to fill out again. Once you recover, make sure you hit the gym twice as hard and eat like an elephant.
