Stomach Burns

Hi guys,

Have you ever suffered from stomach burns when changing diet....i feel like acid running trough my stomach. is there any precaution ? Thanks

Exactly what types of changes have you made to your diet recently? How long ago did you make these changes?
 
i've changed my diet 6 weeks ago......im eating 4600 kcals a day consisting of potatoes, rice, veg, Chicken breast, tuna, egg whites, oats
 
Increased or decreased your calories? Changed the types of foods you are eating, or just the amounts?
 
I've felt the same things before as well. I don't really mind it, it goes away real fast, but I am a bit concerned about what is happening down there.
 
maybe im not doing the right diet...would you mind if i post my diet and see if i have to change something ??

4 slices toast ham and cheese
4egg whites + 1 yolk
100grms oats

10.00am

100grms boiled rice
100grms boiled potatoes
100grms tuna in brine
100grms red kidney beans
2 scoops weight gainer with milk

1.00pm

300grms chicken breast
200grms boiled potatoes
100grms sweet corn
100grms rice

4.00pm

2 scoops weight gainer with milk
1 banana
1 yoghurt

After Training:

2 scoops whey protein, 1 scoop creatine, 1 scoop glutamine

8.00:

200grms beef
200grms boiled potatoes
200grms carrots
100grms broccoli
