today i did some squats and sldl. nothing extra heavy, just my usual workout. everything felt great during the rep. but after i put the bar down, after i started relaxing my core, my lower back started to hurt on one side. then after 10 seconds it stopped hurting and felt great until the next time. i have no pain now, 6 hours later. the weird part is that it felt fine during the exercise, and after the exercise, it was just while relaxing my core that it hurt. i tried keeping my core 'fired' and walking around, and it felt fine, until i turned off the core again. anyone have any fuck all clue what might be going on?
