strawberry bananna shake

I love this bulking shake...

1 1/2 cup 1% milk
185g (1 container) low fat bananna yogurt
1 bananna
1.5 scoups Isopure strawberry protien powder (25g per scoup)
2 tablespoons olive oil
a little sugar to taste

its not necessarily the healthiest shake created, but I'm 19 and are not immencely concerned with fat cal intake as it hasn't been an issue for me. This shake is delicious though.

stats:
55g protien, approx 1000 cal

oh yeah, i also put 1 1/2 teaspoons powder B5 for a total of 4200mg. I take it for acne when its an issue, and it tastes horrible by its self, but cant be noticed in this shake..
