From what i can make out from your post you lift weights and increase strength but not physical size. If I had to guess I'd say it's diet. Get that in check if you want to grow . . . . . .

Diet is one of the most underated aspects to inexperienced lifters

hey read a post right down on this discusion board by iron addict.the post is named mass increase.he sounds like he knows his shit.

Burning calories in the gym alone isn't enough to put size on you, you have to eat for it. The right food, at the right times. Read up on nutrient timing, and general diet.

I train under 5 hours a week, but the cooking and eating is easily over 20 hours a week.

Agreed. Eating is the hardest work of all. PROPER diet is almost like a full time job. Seems like u're always feeding your face. But you WILL see size gains. Just eat good quality foods. YOu'll get there.

This post will explain everything. Strength gains precede muscular hypertrophy, and there is a lot of peer-reviewed research that supports this.

Agree. If you're gaining strengh you should gain size during time with the proper diet.
I had the same problem untill I raised my kcal from 2800 to 3100 and I started growing again (natural).

If you aren't gaining any weight at all - whether muscle or fat - then it's pretty clear that you aren't eating enough. You should be gaining weight (fat or muscle) no matter what if your diet is right.
