Ok so about a month ago I partially tore my MCL and was worried about needing surgery and whatnot to get it fixed (I'm an athlete, so my knees are real important to me) but after about a week and a bit it felt like it was nearly 100% again so I decided to start training and playing again...sure enough I re-injured it. This has happened to me once since then and now it seems like its not really healing as much as it was before...its not as sore as when I recently re-injure it or anything, but it just hasnt seemed to get any better. I'm looking for some good exercises I could do to try and get the strength back up in my knee without pushing the limits too much, I really don't want to re-injure it again. Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks alot.
