stress problems on cycle

hey guys! I am on a cycle of Test Cyp at 500mg a week.

going great, at week 3, feeling great at the gym and making gains.

I am extremely stressed at times. thinking about class sceudle, work schedule, figuring out when to eat, figuring out caloric intake to make sure im eating enough..blah blah blah.

I seem to be getting way to frusterated and stressed, that feeling where you come to a point and you cant think straight, want drop everything and just sit there and just give up. I shouldnt feel like this, i know i need to chill but its becoming very difficult.

is this possibly a cortisol level problem? i am taking adex at .5 EOD, so estrogen should be in check. Is it something need to meditate on and deal with? or can i take something to help(vitamin A? for cortisol? or something else?)

idk. any insight would be helpful. thanks guys

Hahaha I'm sorry bro that was funny. But ya life sucks so do what i do and don't give a fuck! Shit is so much better that way. Or start smoking weed. It's been known to relax people and make you eat a lot. Since your on gear perfect! :)
 
Once you start stressing over calories and when to eat you are turning a healthy thing into an unhealthy one. Don't stress over the small stuff since none of it really matters anyway.

As for the weed advice. Lets just say that is bad advice. Weed saps your motivation and kills too many brain cells ;)

Ok I don't know what kind of experiences you all have had but weed has never once decreased my motivation....I feel weed on cycle is a good thing...anything you can do to help you plow food helps...I personally like to smoke when I drink my preworkout...gives me a crazy energy rush and helps me throw weight around like an animal....if your motivation is lacking then it is proly a pre disposed issue....I leave home at 6am and get back at 9pm....work school clinicals gym study....if i can do all that while smoked out then anyone can...my 02

Focus on the positive and take it one step at a time. I get like this a lot. Sometimes I just have to take a step back and breathe. Take a look at my week and plan out when things are going to get done. It helps to have a plan and stay organized about things.
 
funny you bring up weed..cause i just quit smoking the ganja about a week ago cause it just made me want to sleep all the time and was actaully (and oddly) further decreasing my appetite.

guess I just got to man up. note taken. my first test cycle..still adjusting to the changes in my body, so i was curios. maybe i need to find some poontang.

planning and staying organized and positive..i think thats the main answer to my problem.
