stretch marks

they should eventually go away. I remember when i had my first growth spurt i had no clue what those lines where on my stomach. But after like 3 years they went away. Then they came back but just because i gained 60 pounds haha

It depends how bad they are and how long you have had them, elasticity in your skin is what will make the difference, women lose most if not all stretch marks due to only having them for a few months, I have had them for 30 years, mine will not go away...

healthy fats in your diet , fish oil , flax , etc . along with a good multi vitamin and extra e and c will help , assuming if there not to far gone as In-Human pointed out .

Hard to believe no one's correctly said that no, they don't go away, but they fade to skin color and so aren't as noticeable after a while..

they are scars, they dont go away like pumpchaser said they fade and you can cover them by tanning but you should always have them

correct they wont go away, some ppl have "weaker" skin that gets it others dont. As Dadawg said those things will help altough i am lucky with that so i havent got any *knock on wood*
But i still eat all of the things he mentioned.

Also heard zink will help

Stretch marks are like war wounds. I like them on my chest and shoulders.
