stretching before bed

I have found that stretching before bed is the best time. It relaxes me before I go to sleep and it helps the recuperation process from working out hard. Yoga is best, it can relax you and I feel that I sleep sounder when I do yoga before bed.
 
Unless there are zero asians where you live, you should be able to find plenty of places that teach yoga around any decent sized town. Check the classifieds, yellowpages, or just go to one of the local asian supermarkets if you can find one and ask them where to go.
 
Ever since i injured my hamstring i have been stretching before bed then applying icy hot. I also stretch after my 5 minute bike warmup durring leg\back days. I stretch before and after each workout and it helps a great deal.
