wrong chris cook. this chris is a powerlifter not a body builder.

IMO what seperates pro bodybuilders from the rest of everyone else is genetics. The genetics to react well to drugs. I have always felt that those who become the best bodybuilders are the ones who can take a little drugs and get huge, and take alot of drugs and get bigger, and the law of diminishing returns starts farther out than for most of us.

I can't imagine being pro size and still that weak... I believe it though, some of the huge juiced up bbers at my gym are not much stronger than I am.

so true.... i see this as well... i know i am not HUGE by any means *5;9 215-220lbs* but i see dudes the same height weighing close to 240-250 with arms like 19-20 inchs struggling with less then what i do..... i know i am powerful for my size but youd expect the same from some of these monsters...

and for u minx, that pic is so killer.. love the shoes u just need some short shorts to show them right off. hahhaha, my wife is really impressed with what u can do.. her bench is lag but still really good for a little girl, she can slap on 35's each side and pound out 3-4 reps usually.. still waiting for the day she hits the 135 mark, that will be cool... keep it up and hope to hear more from ya!!!

i am, we were talking all weekend about her training, i told her u should talk to minx and go from there.... so yesterday we were at the gym and we deicided to hit the deads.... i did preety well for takeing a few weeks off from doing them... and she got going at 1 plate a side for 12 reps and did plate and half for 6 reps twice. so she is getting back into it... give her another month of training, yea she'll be over 2 plates again in no time... she has a SUPERstrong back on her... yea i'll get her to join up on her own username... she wants to talk to u anyway. =) and yes. strong chicks do kick ass... its fun seeing her lift more then most guys at the gym :spank: i'll get her set up tonight hopefully...

150!!! I am impressed... Bench is definetly not one of my strong points. Looks like you'll be getting that 165 in no time.
 
I now have motivation too. It is so easy for me to not push myself 100% since I am training alone right now. It helps motivate me seeing people like you pushing themselves as hard as possible! thnx!!!
