Stuborn Belly Fat

I am a frustrated "athlete". I have been working out for a couple years now. My routing has been weights in the morning and cardio at night. When I started in August of 2010 I was 250 lbs and 6'-1". I am now 190 lbs but I am having an EXTREMELY difficult time losing the belly fat. I typically eat about 1900 calories a day. Any ideas out there on how I can lose this stubborn fat?

Post your stats - Height, weight, age, body fat, bmr and tdee

Also post your diet with macros

6'-1", 190 lbs, 35 years old, body fat is around 14% I guess. I eat mostly chicken, fruits, and veggies. I do eat some lean hamburger occasionally. The only suppliments I take are the beach body supplements...Protein powder and Suma Root. I eat about 19oo calories per day. I try to eat 6 small meals per day. Friday nights I tend to eat some thin crust veggie pizza.

I use sprint 8, HIIT is what you need and the added trick to making fat loss happen is to NOT eat after cardio, for two hours do not eat and allow the HGH you just stimulated to attack the fat
give it a google and good luck

I prefer hiit in the morning first thing with a prework supp. Then food after an hour and a half. The preworkout lets me hit cardio harder.

My answer would depend on how long you've been on 1900 calories & how long you've been in a calorie deficit for? It's very common for your metabolism to crash if you've been in a deficit for a long time, especially since 2010.

Your training sounds fine, too much cardio will actually harm your fat loss goals, not help them so don't add more. HIit is a good idea, but if your in a plateau it wont do much to get you out of it.

I suggest lowering your calories 10% and checking your results OR if you've been in a deficit for a long time (over 3 months), take a week to eat at maintenance calories. This will allow your metabolism to recover (as well as your hormones and thyroid). Then you can return to your deficit, your fat loss aim will get a nice reboot.
