I am a frustrated "athlete". I have been working out for a couple years now. My routing has been weights in the morning and cardio at night. When I started in August of 2010 I was 250 lbs and 6'-1". I am now 190 lbs but I am having an EXTREMELY difficult time losing the belly fat. I typically eat about 1900 calories a day. Any ideas out there on how I can lose this stubborn fat?
