I always hear about train with heavy weights and high intensity? I get the heavy weight part, but what do you all mean by high intensity? Like keep going even if you don't feel like being there that day, etc?
Lets say you can benchpress 300lbs. Now, you can benchpress 300lbs one time very easily, or you can push your hardest to try and bench 300lbs eight times.
I agree with outlawtas! The concern here is
all about your heavy weight and you can still
have it more if you do all the effort through
more exercise and healthy diet.
