Successful TRT story! (Thanks IMT)

Yes most docs know nothing about trt I once had a doc offer me a shot of test to try and restart my natty production lmao. I was in shock that he even said that lol

Proof is in the results. A lot people saying 40mg 2x a week is best, which in some cases it may be. It seems everyone is a big fan of splitting the shots up and sub c injections, which is cool if it works but I can assure you that it isn't always the best out come, regardless of what you might think it looks on paper.

Remember people on come to the internet when they have issues, for every guy that has them, 10 other guys feel great without having to poke themselves all the time. Harmony is a better fit, and sometimes you have to take lifestyle into the equation. Starting with a bunch of shots is not always best, once a week is tough for some.

Just my 2 cents :)

I was at 495 a couple months ago and that was no way to live..dunno where i'm at now probably lower again. shit SUCKS. No way to live at 20 years old

That is very abnormal and you should get blood work done on everything as it may be indicative of a pituitary tumor or other serious underlying factors.

My doc said something very similar, she said i could try some test gel until my own production comes back. She has no idea that exogenous hormones shut down endogenous production. She's a pretty good doctor, but she's only a general practitioner.

Yeah man, i feel you. Rule out any kind of diet related problem, nutritional deficiency, depression etc. Try EVERYTHING before you get on TRT, because it is usually a life long commitment and takes a lot of maintenance. You could also just have naturally low levels of testosterone, everyone is genetically different, and just as there are people with insane amounts of natural testosterone, there are guys with lower than average levels. That's called the bell curve ya know? but if you really don't feel good and you want to improve your quality of life, and it IS a testosterone problem, then the course of action you take is your decision. Best of luck, there are tons of guys here on the forums that know where you're coming from and how you feel, you will finds tons of support and knowledge here, so stick around :)

Statistically below average for the age. As for low, i think it depends on the person. Like i mentioned before, some guys feel awesome at 400. Others not so much. It's not as simple as reading a three digit number. :wiggle:
