sucralose

Ok, Is this stuff bad for you, or does it not cause any harm? I have read both, and I would like to know.

There is a protein I like, and I love chewable vitamins that have sucralose, and I dont want to use them for the next 30 years if sucralose is bad for you. Thanks.

By the way, right now I am using a natural whey, and normal vitamins without sucralose but would like to change over for the good tastes I am missing. Thanks again.

If you have any liver or kidney problems, sucralose should be avoided-it taxes them heavily because the digestive system works overtime to rid it as a poison, it is not actually a poison in but your kidneys and liver treat it as such that is why it is so low in calories yet resembles sugar. Once in a while it probably cannot hurt, but I prefer to stick with foods that are not made in a laboratory and work harder to burn the extra calories. The less processed your diet is the better it is--the best rule.
